1. Travel agents within the U.S. and Canada, 18 years of age or older with a current and valid IATAN or CLIA card are eligible to earn one free night certificate for each actualized reservation of five or more consecutive paid nights that is made at Classic Resorts’-managed units at the Kaanapali Alii, Lahaina Shores Beach Resort, Mauna Lani Point and The Islands at Mauna Lani. Not valid for groups, conventions or on-line agencies.
2. Free night certificates are valid for all new booking.  Travel agents are awarded a free night certificate at the property that is reserved for their client.  Free night certificates are nontransferable and valid for one year from date of issue. 
3. Complete an award request form for each eligible reservation. The form may be duplicated.  You may also submit forms online at www.rewards.classicresorts.com.  Forms will be processed within four weeks after the completion of the client’s stay.  Incomplete, illegible and inaccurate forms will not be processed.  Classic Resorts will not be responsible for lost, late or misdirected forms.
4. Free night certificates are valid for room rate only, are nontransferable, property specific, nonextendable, and for one night.  No exceptions. Certificate is valid for room rental only and does not include taxes, incidentals and/or specific hotel charges.  Reservations require your certificate number at time of booking.
5. A maximum of three free night certificates may be redeemed during any one stay at one property.  Reservations must be made in advance by calling 1-808-667-1104.  Free night certificate is subject to availability; black-out dates and some restrictions may apply.
6. All travel and lodging will be made at traveler’s risk.
7. Classic Resorts reserves the right to alter or withdraw this program at any time.
